2. Data Collection
We collect information necessary to facilitate the recruitment process. This includes:
- Contact Information: Names, emails, and professional links provided during signup or application.
- Recruitment Data: Resumes (PDF), job descriptions, and interview transcripts.
- AI Metadata: Semantic embeddings generated from resumes to assist in candidate ranking.
3. Use of Technology
Supabase
We use Supabase for secure database management and file storage. All resumes and personal data are stored in encrypted environments. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth to ensure your session remains private.
OpenAI & Vercel AI SDK
Your data is processed using OpenAI (GPT-4o-mini) and the Vercel AI SDK. This technology enables our AI parsing, semantic search (embeddings), and interactive interview functionalities. We do not use your recruitment data to train public AI models.
4. Data Sharing
AssistHR does not sell your data to third parties. We only share data with service providers (like Supabase and OpenAI) strictly required to deliver the platform's core services. HR users only see data for candidates who have explicitly applied to their postings.
5. Your Rights
Under the guidance of Ravi Khatawliya (CEO & Founder), we are committed to data integrity. You have the right to request access to your data, correction of inaccuracies, or deletion of your records at any time by contacting our support team.
